We ship to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Most orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping, however some items are too large or heavy to ship via regular ground shipping and will require additional charges. In such cases, we partner with freight carriers to deliver the item(s) to your location.
For orders under $150, the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and based off of actual shipping costs.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To initiate a RMA, simply log into your account and view your orders. You can then select the item(s) to send back to us, along with the reason for the return and the action you wish us to take (replace, refund or store credit).
For a full refund, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition. Otherwise, the item may be subject to restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within three days of return receipt of your product. Depending on your bank or card used, this can occasionally take longer to reflect on your account.
Freight and special custom order items are not eligible for returns unless the item(s) are defective or you received a product other than what you ordered.
